I claim a copyright in (1) the selection and organization of data in the WebBRD and (2) both the protocols for data collection and the data items generated according to creative protocols.  By using this database, each user agrees to indicate the source of the data in accord with the permission grant below.

I grant permission to reproduce data and statistics generated through normal use of the WebBRD provided that each reproduction clearly indicates the source of the data as "Lynn M. LoPucki's Bankruptcy Research Database."
